Our response to Covid-19

Nothing is more important than the safety of our guests and staff. At this time we are taking every possible measure to provide the best possible experience in a safe and secure environment. We are working in conjunction with the Fraser Health Authority and Worksafe BC, adhering strictly to their guidance and directives. All staff members will be provided written information on COVID-19 health and safety protocols. We will work closely with the local health authorities and notify them should any staff member test positive for COVID-19. 



 There will be no entry to anyone who is sick with cold or flu like symptoms 
 No entry to anyone who is living with any person who is currently sick, self isolating or
 No entry to anyone who has returned to the Province or Country in the past 14 days.

 Face Masks that fully cover the nose and mouth are mandatory for everyone age 12 and up. If medical conditions prevent the wearing of a mask a doctors note is required for entry. Masks must be worn at all times except when eating or drinking.

 All Jungle Jac’s staff must preform a daily health check and confirm they have no COVID symptoms. Any who feel ill must stay home.
 Staff to wear face masks at all times, and use the of staff break room is limited to only one at a time.
 Staff must wash or use hand sanitizer continually during their work shift.

 Jungle Jacks will limit capacity to no more than 130 including staff. Parties are not permitted at this time.

 We’re increasing our already high levels of sanitation/cleaning and using sanitizers effective against SARS-COV-2 (Virus responsible for COVID 19) 
 We will promote and enforce social distancing rules of 2 metres for all guests and staff with signage and floor markings throughout our facility.
 We have established entry and exit protocols to manage safe movement of guests
 Clear signage throughout the facility to stress the necessity of regular hand washing and
personal hygiene.
 All tables and chairs are separated by 2 metres, max 6 to a table. Customers must remain seated when eating or drinking.

 Staff sanitizes all play areas every 2 hours. Washrooms, tables, chairs, handles, touch and high traffic surfaces will be cleaned on a continual basis.
 Facility will be cleaned and sanitized at the close of business every day.
 Plexiglas shields at point of sale locations
 We offer the use of contact-less pay options.
 We will wipe down all touch pads after each individual use.
 We offer hand sanitizer at entrance and exit.
 The personal storage lockers and public water fountain are currently not in use.
 For reasons of safety and potential overcrowding numbers will be limited on certain activities

  No outside food and drink is permitted inside our facility.

 We regret will not be able to refill personal reusable water containers at this time.
